THTC provides full hotel, resort and spa management which consists of identifying key objectives for the resort and spa and implementation through the unit General Manager.
This includes the following sections:

• Human Resources and Management Staff
• Marketing Sales & PR
• Property Management & Maintenance and Technical
Monthly operational report and a mid-year progress achieved vs budget allows for a rapid response and to undertake the necessary actions to keep the course objectives.
